Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to guide and coach an Agile Release Train supporting a large-scale SAP S/4 ERP implementation program. Our team values strategic insights, performance management, and collaborative problem-solving to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train activities and ceremonies, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination across teams.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies to maintain release progress and deliver value.
• Measure and report IT performance, develop dashboards, and provide critical insights into sprint execution and delivery risks.
• Support feature and capability estimation, alignment between business needs and development teams, and champion KPI and OKR adoption.
  
  

Required

• Experience on large-scale SAP ERP technology program or project implementation initiatives.
• Proficiency in strategic data analysis, including data mining and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Python, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT performance management, Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and enterprise agile planning tools (e.g., Digital.ai Agility, Planview Smartsheet, Atlassian Jira Align, Apptio Targetprocess).
• Minimum 5 years of agile development experience, ideally in a leadership role such as scrum master or product owner.
