Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Long Beach, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team supporting digital engineering services for a high-impact aerospace program. Our team focuses on driving technical, schedule, and financial excellence throughout the project lifecycle in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution across technical, schedule, and financial baselines for digital engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate hardware, software development tasks, and data analytics services between internal teams and governmental customers.
• Ensure high performance, quality, cost control, and timely delivery of products and services.
• Foster customer satisfaction and success through leadership and clear communication during all project phases.
  
  

Required

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in project management within US Government, Aerospace, and/or Department of Defense projects.
• Proven history of managing projects across all stages, including proposals, development, qualification, and customer support.
• Expertise in subsystem design, requirement allocation, and technical supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across system, hardware, and software architectures.
