Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, with a focus on facilities-related scope. Our team values the ability to translate user requirements into technical documentation and provide hands-on engineering support for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Senior Manager with various ongoing activities, including new project initiatives.
• Complete facility walkdowns, assess system performance, and drive punch list resolution.
• Employ engineering skills to conduct field evaluations and provide informed design recommendations for existing systems.
• Adapt to varying daily responsibilities, ranging from maintenance operations oversight to project documentation tasks.
  
  

Required

• Ability to support the initiation, design, and execution of project scope within a facilities setting.
• Proficiency in gathering user requirements and preparing precise technical documentation for third-party execution.
• Experience performing engineering studies, facilities systems assessments, and completing quality walkthroughs.
• Capability to conduct field evaluations and deliver sound engineering design recommendations based on findings.
