Job Title: Program Manager - IT

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Program Manager - IT to support a major Strategic Workforce Planning initiative within HR Technology. Our team is looking for a strong program leader who can drive technical delivery, align cross-functional stakeholders, and help build a repeatable planning capability supported by data, skills, and AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across multiple workstreams and support alignment between technology, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Own program governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths to support successful execution.
• Coordinate delivery sequencing and integration of key data domains across the program.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and program-level success metrics while supporting iterative rollout of new processes and tools.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration.
• 5-7 years of experience in a program management role, with at least 5 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading a large program effort in a matrix organization and working within HR technology programs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, and familiarity with Strategic Workforce Planning and talent management is required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, problem-solving, and ambiguity-handling skills are required.
