Job Title: PowerApps Tester

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of workflow approval applications and Power Platform solutions. Our team places high value on delivering robust technology solutions by utilizing automated testing tools and methodologies to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities for workflow approval applications and Power Platform tools, ensuring effective coverage and test management across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts, applying automation frameworks and scripting tools such as Playwright and Jira.
• Review and approve documentation, test plans, and technical artifacts to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coach and mentor team members on QA best practices, documentation, and testing methodologies while supporting ongoing and future project initiatives.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 8 years of experience leading quality assurance projects and programs, with strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies.
• Proven expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), Playwright scripting automation, Jira, Power Platform Test Engine, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation abilities and experience in coaching or leading others in testing and quality assurance.
