Responsibilities
- Lead teams on complex projects involving electrical systems and ensure adherence to technical standards and industry codes.
- Develop strategies and provide expertise in comprehensive root cause analysis, system reliability improvements, and advanced system studies.
- Deliver technical training, presentations, and guidance to management and field engineering teams, and serve as a subject matter expert at internal and external forums.
- Oversee the design and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Minimum of twenty years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry, with demonstrated expertise in power engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong PC skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a proven focus on safety and a preference for experience in project management.
