Job Title: Mobile Engineer

Location: Dayton, Ohio (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of all facility mechanical equipment. Our team plays a critical role in maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production systems, supporting seamless building operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to achieve efficient and reliable results.
• Perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance, including repair response on facility mechanical, electrical, and related systems.
• Carry out facility inspections and repairs on interior and exterior components such as walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including tools like Corrigo, to monitor and manage all work performed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  
  

Required

• Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Technical expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Valid state driver’s license, with availability for call-in work as required.
