Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Senior

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a seasoned marketing professional to support earned media strategy and social purpose initiatives. This position plays an important part in driving campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional partners, and helping ensure programs stay aligned to goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of earned media strategy and programming across multi-channel campaigns, brand and product-focused efforts, ongoing media relations, and new store openings.
• Support the development and execution of social purpose strategy and initiatives, including events, digital content, accelerator programming, and nonprofit partnerships.
• Serve as a client contact for a PR agency and internal partners, leading execution and ensuring adherence to timelines and annual goals.
• Oversee point-of-sale fundraising campaigns while working closely with Store Operations and nonprofit partners.
  
  

Required

• 5-7 years of marketing experience for a communications agency or a B2C business.
• Experience in retail or fashion/home fashions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as social media.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Agile thinker who works well in a fast-paced environment and in ambiguous situations.
