Job Title: Manager Accounting Consultant

Location: Beachwood, Ohio (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization seeking a Manager Accounting Consultant to support a complex carve-out environment tied to a Mobility spin-off. Our team is looking for a flexible accounting professional who can help maintain accurate reporting, strengthen execution across multiple workstreams, and support a period of elevated demand through April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and reporting activities related to the separation effort and broader carve-out work.
• Assist with balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow preparation and analysis.
• Contribute to legal entity restructuring, treasury accounting, pension accounting, and transaction-related support.
• Perform ledger reconciliations, data validation, and accounting support tied to system conversion initiatives while collaborating across finance teams.
  
  

Required

• Experience supporting accounting and reporting work in a complex, transaction-driven environment.
• Ability to assist with balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow preparation and analysis.
• Experience supporting legal entity restructuring, treasury accounting, pension accounting, and carve-out financial statement requirements.
• Ability to perform ledger reconciliations, data validation, and support system conversion initiatives.
