Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in a critical position that drives organizational effectiveness through business analytics. Our team focuses on mitigating risk, enhancing revenue, and reducing costs by delivering impactful portfolio management and planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct research, discovery, and interpretation of business requirements and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and review complex processes, procedures, and workflow analytics while overseeing documentation standards.
• Mentor and coach associates to facilitate knowledge transfer and lead multiple business analysis project management processes.
• Create and drive complex reporting, workflow analysis, and quality assurance to support deployment of projects and business goals.
  
  

Required

• Demonstrated ability in creating user stories and leveraging SAFe methodology, Agile, or Waterfall frameworks.
• Experience utilizing Jira for project tracking and process mapping.
• Proficient in process flow documentation, including use of Visio or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum or equivalent experience required.
