Job Title: IT Project Manager III

Location: Rosemead, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong professional to support critical outage management operations through hands-on application, database, and server support. Our team is looking for someone who can help stabilize, maintain, and improve a complex grid application environment while contributing to upgrades, data analysis, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise supporting outage management application operations, maintenance, and related project activity.
• Support system logic, data, and processes tied to customer communications and operational workflows.
• Contribute to database and operating system server upgrades through configuration, testing, and hands-on support.
• Design, administer, and monitor grid application software configurations while preparing documentation for configuration processes, logic, and test plans.
  
  

Required:

• Associate degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Three to five years of experience.
• Maintenance experience with back office support of the CGI Outage Management System application at an electrical utility or similar environment.
• Experience with OpenGrid Network, SQL database work, Python scripting, Windows server maintenance, and operational support.
