Job Title: GxP Document Management Coordinator

Location: Princeton, NJ

Job Summary:

  • Join our client as a GxP Document Management Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing document management processes. This dynamic position requires adaptability and a proactive approach to support various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a backup for GxP procedural document management, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Support and manage GDM initiatives, including organizing team meetings and managing MS Teams channels.
  • Develop meeting agendas and communicate outcomes effectively.
  • Implement project plans, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timelines are met.
  • Prepare and deliver management presentations for various forums.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science-related field.
  • 2 years of experience with electronic document management systems, ideally in a GxP setting.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to international team dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with Visio, Monday.com, or SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in a technical environment.
