Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a backup for GxP procedural document management, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Support and manage GDM initiatives, including organizing team meetings and managing MS Teams channels.
- Develop meeting agendas and communicate outcomes effectively.
- Implement project plans, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timelines are met.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations for various forums.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science-related field.
- 2 years of experience with electronic document management systems, ideally in a GxP setting.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to international team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Familiarity with Visio, Monday.com, or SharePoint is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in a technical environment.
