  • Will be working directly with the global quality department and will help in creating or sharing flyers and presentations
  • This role is more inclined towards event coordination than quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general project management and coordination support for various Global Quality functions.
  • Assist with reminders for key project milestones and task timelines.
  • Support activities such as event coordination, SharePoint updates, and content updates on the Global Quality website.
  • Maintain documentation and track actions related to the Global Quality leadership team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Develop meeting agendas, communicate outcomes, and prepare presentations.

Skills Required:

  • 4-8 years of experience in meeting planning and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Sciences).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, MS Project Server, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of GxPs and Global Quality, including the QMS and processes (preferred).
  • Demonstrated contributions to innovative process, technology, role, and organizational activity transformations (preferred).
