Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general project management and coordination support for various Global Quality functions.
- Assist with reminders for key project milestones and task timelines.
- Support activities such as event coordination, SharePoint updates, and content updates on the Global Quality website.
- Maintain documentation and track actions related to the Global Quality leadership team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and ad-hoc requests.
- Develop meeting agendas, communicate outcomes, and prepare presentations.
Skills Required:
- 4-8 years of experience in meeting planning and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Sciences).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, MS Project Server, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of GxPs and Global Quality, including the QMS and processes (preferred).
- Demonstrated contributions to innovative process, technology, role, and organizational activity transformations (preferred).
