">In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of CAR-based cell therapies through experiment execution, assay development, and data analysis.
">You will work closely with our Senior Principal Scientist and functional program leads to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
">Requirements

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Life Sciences or Engineering field is required. ">
- 4 years of current or previous academic and/or industry laboratory bench level experience in product development of CAR-based cell therapies or related field. ">
- Experience in handling and maintaining primary cell culture and mammalian cell lines, basic scientific background in understanding and performing cell-based assays, and good verbal and written communication skills. ">
- Direct experience in CAR T cell therapy is preferred, as well as technical understanding of CAR T cell analytical methods and evolving technologies. ">
- The ability to work within established protocols and optimize methods and protocols when necessary is also desirable. ">
