Job Title: Gas Turbine Technician

Location: Genoa, Ohio (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support commissioning, startup, and operational readiness for power and energy infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in helping teams execute test plans, resolve equipment issues, and keep complex systems moving safely toward turnover and reliable operation.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning, startup, and operations for power and energy infrastructure, including coordination of FAT/SAT activities, systemization, and punch-list closure.
• Execute commissioning plans, procedures, and test protocols while maintaining safe and efficient field operations.
• Review technical test reports, complete commissioning records, and prepare technical reports and briefings for project leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement corrective actions to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
  
  

Required:

• Industry experience maintaining or troubleshooting gas turbine engines.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the top priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations; ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE.
