Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: El Paso, Texas (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee building operations and maintenance across a campus with multiple facilities. Our team relies on strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient facility management for our client’s assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning, heating, ventilating, hot water equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical and electrical systems for proper operation and uptime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory, and contractor activities; prepare and submit purchase order requests to ensure adequate supplies and equipment conditions.
• Identify and address safety hazards, administer safety training, and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on instruction, demonstrate tool and instrument use, and support staff in maintenance, safety, troubleshooting, and professional development.
  
  

Required

• Minimum 5 years of facility-related work experience, including leadership and customer service responsibilities.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are mandatory; Universal Technician for CFC’s certification required (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Strong electrical knowledge, ability to work with voltages ranging from 120 to 480 volts, and valid electrical certifications.
• Proven experience using CMMS systems (specifically Corrigo or similar work order platforms).
