What are the responsibilities and job description for the Devops Engineer (W2 only, No c2c) position at SSI People?
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with deploying applications to Kubernetes / OpenShift using Helm (this is the most important of them all as this is the point of the first initiative)
- 5 years of experience in Software Engineering with languages like Golang, Python, Java or Javascript
- Experience in CI / CD Pipelines with and understanding of integrating tools like Jenkins, Github, Jfrog Artifactory
- Experience developing Jenkins Shared Libraries in Groovy
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Experience developing and integrating with APIs
- Expertise with Git and tools such as BitBucket / GitHub / Azure DevOps Server,
- Experience with Container Technologies Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
- Experience writing Docker files and Building images for containerized services
Nice To Have:
- Experience with Mobile Pipeline Development using Fastlane
Soft Skills:
- Good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiative and able to apply new technologies when appropriate
