Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to manage data governance, analytics, and engineering initiatives for our Risk and Compliance Data Team. Our team values candidates who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and excel at facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Catalog and organize incoming data requests and issues, maintaining a centralized log for visibility, traceability, and accountability.
• Oversee Jira data team tasks and enhancements, supporting roadmap planning and ticket prioritization.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate needs into actionable tasks.
• Support engineers and IT teams with data modeling, documentation, validation, and ensure alignment with business logic.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data operations, business analysis, or data project management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Excel (minimum one required).
• Familiarity with Jira, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
