Job Title: Data Enablement Analyst
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Job Summary: We shape how the company invests in artists and brings products to market. Our team drives decisions for sales, marketing, and product lines by providing impactful data, reports, and analyses that directly influence business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop SQL-powered datasets, dashboards, and queries central to strategic decision-making across sales, operations, and market strategies.
- Create data facets such as tables, spreadsheets, and dashboards that enhance decision-making and boost operational efficiency.
- Manage data inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and developing narratives that build customer trust.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to support promotional tool positioning with data-backed insights.
Required:
- Strong SQL skills (required) with experience writing (their own, not using AI) reliable, scalable queries against data warehouses such as BigQuery
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation
- Familiarity with the Google Suite
- Strong written communication
- Self-motivated and capable of operating autonomously in cross-functional environments
- 3 years of experience in analytics, operations, ad-effectiveness, or revenue-focused roles
- 2 years of experience using AI tools to analyze large datasets that speed up decision making
- Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and/or product organizations in an analytics or data-heavy role
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field (statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
- Background in music or media is a bonus
