Job Title: Project Coordinator - Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: Our team is in pursuit of a dynamic Project Coordinator who thrives in a creative environment. We manage end-to-end production for projects within the concept design team, ensuring that all productions align with processes and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and execute contracts in collaboration with Legal.
• Ensure compliance with brand processes to mitigate potential risks.
• Lead collaborations with product management, merchandising, insights, and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain robust relationships within the creative industry network.

Required:

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary creative projects.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Incredible interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating in dynamic settings.
• Strong expertise in design operations tools like Airtable and Figma.
• Commitment to staying updated with current and future industry trends.
