Job Title: Brand Merchandising

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into actionable plans for both current and future merchandise assortments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, allocation, and operations to align tactical actions with business goals.
• Utilize business reporting and consumer behavior metrics to inform decisions on pricing, inventory management, and promotion.
• Participate in seasonal assortment and buy reviews, and deliver insights for in-season trading to optimize growth.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Merch Ops, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning retail purchases based on data analysis within footwear, apparel buying, merchandising, product creation, or retail.
• Advanced competency in data analytics, expertise with large data sets, and proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated understanding of retail math—including stock to sales, seasonal return, and KPI identification.
