Responsibilities
- Perform sample preparation, library preparation, and QC for NGS sequencing workflows.
- Carry out basic histology activities, including sectioning, staining, and imaging of tissue samples.
- Perform basic cell culture and support routine experimental work under limited supervision.
- Analyze and record experiments, communicate findings to the work group, and help troubleshoot equipment or experimental issues.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree, or an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation and sequencing.
- Experience with basic histological techniques and RNA in-situ hybridization.
- Experience with spatial and single-cell transcriptomics.
