Job Summary:
Join our client as a Color Design 3, where you'll lead the creation of innovative color designs for apparel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market success and deliver trend-setting color solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute color designs, collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams.
• Communicate changes clearly for final confirmation and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop line art, color design servers, and coordinate materials for product execution.
• Research and propose seasonal color strategies and create category-specific color directions.
• Present and communicate color direction to internal teams and participate in bi-annual color needs discussions.
• Mentor junior designers and enhance the value of color design within the organization.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft tools.
• Experience with large apparel brands; familiarity with Vizcom AI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, brand positioning, and market insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
