Senior Client Partner
We’re building a premium, ad-supported advertising business and are seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise client-direct accounts. This role is highly consultative and strategic, focused on establishing long-term partnerships with major brands—particularly within CPG—and driving sustained revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creatively minded, and experienced in cross-functional account leadership. This role requires regular travel and representation at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate interest and excitement with CMOs, marketing leaders, brand managers, and media directors to influence large-scale advertising investments
- Identify and lead partnership opportunities beyond traditional media solutions (e.g., brand partnerships, consumer product collaborations, live events)
- Support and grow client-direct media investments
- Develop deep expertise in supported industries and client business objectives
- Build and maintain C-level relationships to expand platform presence and strategic influence
- Partner closely with agency teams and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Policy, Brand Partnerships, and Live Experiences teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Build comprehensive, ground-up business plans that drive top-line growth and align internal go-to-market strategies
- Stay current on video advertising trends and digital innovation
- Partner with sales leadership to set strategic objectives that maximize business impact
- Consult regularly with regional and local sales leaders to enhance brand and product positioning
- Maintain close alignment with clients and internal counterparts to drive trust, collaboration, and long-term success
- Represent the organization as a thought leader and speaker at key client and industry events
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing large, client-direct accounts for a platform or publisher
- Proven background in advertising partner strategy and consultative selling across multinational organizations
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable outcomes
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with experience working cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of client priorities, performance goals, and how to align solutions to meet those needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident, executive-level presentation skills
- Strong relationships and subject-matter expertise within CPG verticals, including:
