Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial HVAC, including EPA Certification
• Possess a set of basic hand tools
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
