SSFM's CM Group is seeking a Field Clerk to join our team. Under the direct supervision of the CM Manager, the Field Clerk will provide general construction clerical support to the Construction Management (CM) team for a specific project. The role may vary slightly depending on the project and work location. This role is anticipated to work out of Haleiwa for project starting in January 2027.Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the CM team.
- Assist with document management, including filing, organizing, and maintaining project records.
- Support the team in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with administrative office procedures and project requirements.
- Administrative Skills: Proven ability to handle clerical tasks with attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an engineering, construction, or administrative environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction management processes and terminology is desirable.
