Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to optimize outreach, messaging, and prospecting
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular forecasting
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Analyze market trends within the cultural attraction industry to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless integration of sales commitments with service delivery.
- Communicate client expectations and contractual obligations to operations to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales objectives with operational capabilities.
- Technology Integration:
- Team with SSA’s sister companies to ensure the end-to-end sales strategy for potential clients.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies that can improve the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the technology team to customize solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership and Development:
- This position reports to the Senior Director of Growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Experience with sales technology platforms and a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Full-Time, Exempt
- Final compensation determined by experience, education, and internal equity

Salary : $120,000 - $126,500
