Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems.
- Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and replace critical parts like air brakes, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body components, and welding repairs when necessary.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle systems following manufacturer specifications.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical failures.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service experience.
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, Schematics reading, ADAS technology, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools.
- Ability to perform brake repair, wheel alignment, suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts replacement effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, auto body repair techniques, oil change procedures, and maintenance routines.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques for complex issues.

Pay: $26.90 - $32.39 per hour
