Compensation Structure
- Base Hourly Rate: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience.
- Bonuses: Earn bonuses on commercial projects for meeting and exceeding goals.
- Commission: Earn commissions on residential projects.
- Earnings Potential: Technicians can average $22–$35/hour when factoring in base pay, bonuses, and commissions.
- Perform all exterior cleaning services with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safely and efficiently operate cleaning equipment and tools.
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Flexibly accommodate weekend work when business demands require it.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Willingness to work some weekends as needed.
