Responsibilities- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare healthy meals and assist with grocery shopping as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe environment.
- Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional wellness.
- Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social engagements.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with personal healthcare routines.
- Communicate any health changes or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1 year experience in senior care or caregiving.
- Strong compassion, patience, and empathy for elderly clients.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols accurately.
- Must pass a background check and a saliva drug test.
