We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Admissions & Marketing to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in admissions, census development, and relationship building, with some exposure to marketing and community outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily admissions process including referrals, screenings, and intake
- Review and respond promptly to referrals from hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community sources
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth admissions and discharges
- Maintain and build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families
- Monitor and track daily census and bed availability
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to support census growth
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve occupancy
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance standards are met
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
