Overview:
We’re seeking a mid- to senior-level Technical Product/Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business, requiring strong technical fluency, strategic thinking, and polished executive communication.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- 5 years of experience in a Technical Product or Program Management role
- Airline industry (strongly preferred; candidates with this background will be prioritized)
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong communicator with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in eCommerce or digital platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Apptio is a big plus
- Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI tools within project/program management
