Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Supervisor located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Project Supervisor will oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of construction projects. This includes ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with subcontractors, and conducting site inspections. The Project Supervisor will also prepare project reports, manage project documentation, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
- Project management and construction management skills
- Experience with safety protocols and procedures in construction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Experience working with government entities and large-scale private projects is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
