Corporate Leadership Apprentice
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to
- Support the CEO, COO, and other senior levels with administrative and strategic tasks
- Assist with research, data gathering, and preparation of reports or presentations for leadership meetings
- Participate in selected leadership meetings, taking notes and identifying action items
- Shadow various departments to gain a full understanding of business functions, workflows and challenges
- Help coordinate high-level projects and track progress across teams
- Contribute to process improvement discussions and offer observations to leadership
- Support scheduling, communication and follow-up between departments and executives
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and company documents
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in business, leadership or organization management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and take initiative
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior office experience is helpful but not required
- Positive, professional attitude
