Job Title: ServiceNow Tester (QA Automation) Location: Plano, TX / McLean, VA (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and regression test suites.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, including business rules, workflows, ACLs, UI policies, tables, and update sets.
- Perform end-to-end, functional, integration, regression, and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Test ServiceNow modules such as IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop reusable automation assets and improve overall test coverage.
- Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- 3 years of hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation.
- Experience testing IRM/GRC modules and related compliance workflows.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including ACLs, Business Rules, Flows, Update Sets, APIs, Service Portal, and Workspace.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Salary : $40 - $50
