Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Service Catalog development, scripting, integrations, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on Yokohama version or higher, along with strong knowledge of automated testing, API integrations, and AI-assisted ServiceNow capabilities.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Experience working on Yokohama version or higher
- Experience with ATF scripting or automated testing tools
- 2 3 years of experience in:

Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions including catalog items, workflows, UI forms, and integrations
- Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform unit testing and support end-to-end SDLC activities
- Manage update sets and deployment activities across environments
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical discussions and solution development
