Role: Sterling OMS Digital Business Analyst
Location: Seattle, Washington,

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or Retail domain
  • Strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS (SME level)
  • Experience working with order management systems and fulfillment workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into product/feature requirements
  • Strong understanding of:
    • System integrations
    • Data validation and process flows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
