Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments and hands-on experience in Retail/Ecommerce domain. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting payment integrations, and ensuring seamless transaction flows across digital commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment systems and ecommerce platforms
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define payment workflows (card, digital wallets, gateways, POS)
- Support integrations with payment processors, gateways, and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, fraud tools)
- Analyze transaction flows including authorization, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Participate in UAT, validate test cases, and ensure business requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with payment standards such as PCI-DSS and security best practices
- Strong experience in Payments domain (cards, gateways, digital payments, POS)
- Experience in Retail/Ecommerce platforms and order lifecycle
- Knowledge of payment integrations, APIs, and transaction processing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
- Experience with global payment systems and multi-currency environments
- Exposure to fraud prevention and risk systems.
