Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives within a large-scale financial services environment. This role will focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development while supporting migration initiatives into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise with technical leadership capabilities. This individual will lead developers within an Agile scrum environment, participate in architectural discussions, oversee code quality and deployments, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product owners, BSAs, architects, QA teams, and offshore development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development efforts across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and custom configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and technical leads to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards, governance, and best practices.
- Support and enhance DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and release management.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and third-party solutions.
- Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate development activities and ensure quality delivery.
- Support enterprise integrations involving APIs, event-driven architecture, and cross-system communication.
- Assist with migration and enhancement efforts related to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of Salesforce full-stack development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Triggers
- Workflows
- Complex formulas
- Salesforce security model
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Git branching strategies and code merge best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days/week in Columbus, OH or Minneapolis, MN.
