Role: Lead Process Analyst / Journey Management Engineer
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term contract
What this person will do:
- Map and maintain end-to-end dealership workflows (across multiple systems & departments)
- Analyze data feedback to identify operational friction (manual work, duplicate entry, delays, etc.)
- Connect process issues to business impact (customer experience, speed, satisfaction)
- Highlight where improvements will drive the most value
- Partner with internal teams dealership stakeholders to validate and update insights
- Translate complex findings into clear, business-facing recommendations for leadership
What they re looking for:
- Strong process analysis / systems thinking (understanding how workflows connect end-to-end)
- Experience mapping workflows (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, TheyDo, etc.)
- Ability to identify inefficiencies prioritize improvements
- Comfortable working with both data (KPIs, metrics) & qualitative insights
- Experience collaborating across technical business teams
Salary : $50 - $60
