ITIL / ITSM Coordinator
Location: Chicago, Illinois / Dallas, Texas (3 days onsite)
Contract
We are looking for ITIL/ITSM Coordinators with strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management to support enterprise service operations and ensure system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle and lead major incident bridges
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
- Coordinate change requests, CAB meetings, and release activities
- Ensure SLA adherence and provide stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime
Required Skills:
- 5 years in IT Operations / Service Management
- Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (certification preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
