Job Posting Title: Executive Assistant Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Provide professional support to the administrative staff in partnership with other Administrative Assistants Compose, type, and proofread correspondence Provide backup administrative and clerical support for other members of the Administration Department as necessary; specifically providing support to the Executive Vice President & Administrator in tandem with relative assistant May be requested to attend meetings and take minutes for these meetings As a member of the Administrative Support Team, assist with miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities High school degree of equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 4 years of administrative assistant or work related experience required Minimum typing of 65wpm required Must be proficient in Microsoft suite Must be able to take initiative and work compatibly as a team-player with varied staff members and guests Must be organized and have attention-to-detail skills Excellent communication, social, proof reading, and attention-to-detail skills required Must be flexible At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
