SUPERVISOR/MANAGER WITH PARTNER POTENTIAL
Well established CPA firm is seeking a Supervisor or Manager with Partner potential. The Manager position offers excellent salary and benefits. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 Years of current or recent experience in a public accounting firm
- CPA license
- Knowledge of GAAP & GAAS
- Experience with review of business tax returns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and research skills
Manager is responsible for supervising staff and their workloads and providing ongoing guidance through hands on training and providing feedback to staff assigned to engagements. Engagement management of services to our clients including coordinating fieldwork and dealing with complex aspects of engagement, while delegating majority of tasks to staff. Monitoring progress of multiple jobs, including meeting deadlines and budgets.
