SR1 Companies is looking to hire a full time Office Manager for our SR1 Trailers location in Hermon, ME.
Position Summary: The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting daily operations at SR1 Trailers. This position oversees administrative functions, coordinates inventory documentation, manages financial processes, and ensures the office runs efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support both the sales and leadership teams while maintaining standards or work according to our values.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate the loading of incoming trailers and prepare deal jackets for newly received inventory.
- Tear down, finalize, and cap deals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Work closely with the GM and VP of Finance to provide accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively between sales, service, and leadership teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Complete miscellaneous account reconciliations as assigned.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process credit card, check, and cash deposits accurately and securely.
- Initiate wire transfers and verify timely completion of all financial transactions.
- Assist with preparation and submission of sales tax filings and supporting documentation.
- Process original loan documents and send appropriate paperwork to financial institutions.
- Handle title submissions and ensure proper documentation for all units.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative needs and documentation.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain and organize 8300 Form Filing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or dealership administration.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Software (DMS) preferred.
- Willingness to help with any/all dealership needs.
