SR1 Companies is looking to hire a full time Powersports Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Evaluate trade values for powersports and vehicles at all SR1 locations
● Support technicians in inspecting incoming trade units to determine their
final trade-in value.
● Continuously assess unit sale prices against market comparables, making
any necessary price adjustments.
● Support overflow sales inquiries from phone calls and walk-in customers.
● Collaborate with yard staff and technicians to maintain an organized and
appealing lot for customers.
● Ensure all units are brought up from storage as needed and marketed in a
strategic and efficient manner.
● Assist company purchasers in determining values for units and strategize
targeting specific unit types in private sales and auctions.
● Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales.
● Monitor and manage open invoices, coordinating with salesmen to finalize or
cancel deals as required.
● Monitor sales leads to verify that each lead is being pursued effectively.
● Provide customer assistance for any issues arising with their new
powersports units.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare powersports units for
photographs.
● Review and authorize all powersports advertisements prior to being listed on
the website and other sales platforms.
● Ensure powersports units are listed on the website and Facebook
Marketplace in a timely manner.
● Regularly monitor the website to promptly identify and rectify any potential
errors or issues.
● Organize and file paperwork into designated filing cabinets, ensuring titles
are accurately labeled and stored as required.
● Capture photographs and videos for future marketing posts, collaborating
closely with the marketing staff.
● Run weekly sales reports to monitor sales statistics and identify aged
inventory.
● Explore and pursue new opportunities to expand the powersports sales
segment.
● Develop and manage spreadsheets for tracking and assessing sales patterns,
inventory quantities, and profitability margins.
● Authorize weekly timecards and vacation requests on a regular basis
● Order new units, such as Ice Shacks, Sled Decks, and Watercraft Trailers as
required.
● Support the sales staff in providing quotes on custom ordered units.
● Assist the service department with writing repair orders, ordering parts, and
parts organization as required.
● Establish dealer accounts with various retailers to access the widest range of
new and used powersports parts available.
● Utilize the technicians parts lists to create a repair plan for units needing
extensive repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Must be proficient with computers & smartphones
- Basic understanding of F&I processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures quickly
- Background in powersports (personal or business)
Schedule (5 day work week):
- Monday-Friday 8-5 (one day off during the week - TBD)
- Saturdays 8-3
- Sundays OFF

Paid Time Off (Vacation Time):
- 1-4 Years: Employees will accrue vacation at 3.34 hours per month on the 28th day of each month.
- 5-7 Years: Employees will accrue vacation at 5 hours per month on the 28th day of each month.
- 8 Years: Employees will accrue vacation at 6.67 hours per month on the 28th day of each month.
Earned Paid Leave:
- Effective at the date of hire an employee will earn 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, equating to a maximum of 40 hours of Earned Paid Leave per calendar year (90 day hold for new employees)
