Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office.
Gather all project information schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings
Maintain document control, track project activities and team communications
Develop and review project status and reports; take notes during team strategy meetings
Create and publish communications to project team and stakeholders
Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all tasks are completed as prescribed and projects are completed in a timely manner
Work with Project Manager to maintain scope, schedules and work flows for projects assigned
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics or other relevant degree
3 years of relevant work experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
PMP not required, considered a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
