• Expert C#/.NET, WinForms internals, .NET 6 /8

• SQL Server (queries, indexing, tuning)

• VB .NET experience.

• Clean Architecture, SOLID, refactoring patterns and design pattern experience

• ASP.NET Core MVC/API development

• EF Core or Dapper

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Unit testing Moq integration testing experience

• Legacy modernization experience

• Strong communication and technical writing experience
