- Collaborate with a Principal Engineer to help establish and evolve modern, AI-driven engineering practices.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of production performance, quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.

- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
- Experience owning software features from design through production.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies.
