Position Overview
The Talent Sourcer (Executive-Aligned) will support executive recruiting efforts by building high-level talent pipelines and engaging senior candidates. This role is consultative, requiring strong market intelligence, proactive sourcing strategies, and the ability to interact with leadership-level talent.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as initial point of contact for executive-level candidates
Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and sourcing strategies
Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future needs
Conduct exploratory candidate conversations and assess leadership fit
Execute targeted sourcing (competitor mapping, adjacent industries, segmentation)
Deliver strong candidate experience with high-touch communication
Develop recruiting artifacts (candidate summaries, interview guides, briefings)
Track candidates and pipeline activity in Workday ATS
Support full lifecycle recruiting process including approvals and documentation
Participate in confidential and strategic executive-level searches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related preferred)
4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience sourcing for mid to senior-level or leadership roles
Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative recruiting approach
Experience building talent pipelines and executing targeted sourcing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday ATS
Industry experience in:

Utilities
Manufacturing
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
