- Manage and reconcile plant financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting and cost control processes for plant operations
- Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve financial performance
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure timely reporting
5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Proficient in reporting and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting gained through several years’ experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
